These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to text messages sent by or on behalf of Global Rewards Group LLC and its affiliates, representatives, service providers, or authorized messaging partners, where applicable.

By opting in to receive SMS/text messages from Global Rewards, you agree to receive text messages at the mobile number you provided. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

1. Program Description

Global Rewards SMS Alerts may include transactional, account-related, operational, security, compliance, onboarding, funding, payment, card program, service update, and customer support messages. Message types may include, but are not limited to:

• Account onboarding or verification updates
• Card program notifications
• Funding, payment, transfer, or account status alerts
• Security, fraud, or compliance-related notifications
• Service, maintenance, or operational updates
• Customer support responses or follow-up communications

Global Rewards does not use this SMS program to send unrelated third-party marketing messages.

2. Opt-In Consent

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Global Rewards through one or more approved consent methods, including but not limited to:

• Submitting an online form with an SMS consent checkbox
• Providing your mobile number during account onboarding or customer support interactions
• Signing or submitting documentation that includes SMS consent language
• Confirming consent through another Global Rewards-approved opt-in process

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you confirm that you are the authorized user of the mobile number provided and that you consent to receive SMS messages from Global Rewards.

3. Cancellation / Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. To stop receiving SMS messages from Global Rewards, reply STOP to any text message you receive from us.

After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message stating that you have been unsubscribed. After this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Global Rewards unless you opt in again.

If you want to join again, you may sign up as you did the first time, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
